Beaver Brook Run is a 337 unit Association located off of Forsgate Drive and Half Acre Road in Middlesex County, NJ.

Beaver Brook is an FHA approved community.

Commercial vehicles are prohibited from being parked in the community. They are defined as any vehicles that (i) has commercial license plates, or (ii) displays words, pictures or other graphic descriptions on the side or roof of the vehicle, which are commercial in nature, or (iii) is equipped with racks, ladders, pipes or other commercial equipment on the roof or sides of the vehicle, or maintains any commercial equipment or materials in the bed of a truck that are otherwise visible from the street.

There are seven sections within the community:

Section 2: Hickory, Robin and Jennifer

Section 3: Dogwood

Section 4: 1-59 Brookview

Section 5: 61-117 Brookview and 1-16 Jeanette

Section 6: 1-13 Pinetree and 1-43 Hemlock

Section 7: All of Peachtree and Spruce
